Project Description and Impact

Natfort is a renewable energy that specialises in solar systems. We have 2 business models the PAYG and EPC models. The PAYG includes the pico lighting systems and the EPC includes systems from 1 - 60 kVa.

As Natfort has been receiving an influx of installations from both models, the technical department is facing challenges in coping with the number of installations and quotations requests.
