Project Description and Impact
Our programs are built on the foundation of the 5 Cs - Cash, Care, Climate, Community, and Confidence. Buzz Women wishes to aid in combating poverty not only through a change management process that deals with the economical aspect of poverty, but also the ecological, psychological, and sociological aspects.
We promotes and cultivates a culture of volunteerism, inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds to join our movement aimed at holistically empowering rural women to live lives of dignity and independence.
Learning Opportunity
Buzz Women encourages and fosters an environment for volunteerism so that more people can be part of our Buzz movement - holistic empowerment of rural women so they can live lives of dignity and independence and also we understand that enabling an environment that supports volunteerism is important for us as well as the volunteers. The incentives for both will be ‘learning’, a philosophy that drives our organisation
