Our goal is to create a pricing structure that motivates customers to switch from conventional packaged products to refills. However, we face a competitive market with numerous offers from both offline and online retailers. We need to delve deeper into refining our financial model to enhance unit economics and ensure the sustainability of our pricing strategy.
