About Kyusa:

Kyusa is a non-profit organization based in Uganda that focuses on empowering youth through entrepreneurship and skills development. We aim to create a world where young people have access to opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential.

Kyusa is seeking a Business Development Experteer to help us grow our impact and reach in the region. The consultant will help us by developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify and secure partnerships, funding, and other resources that support our mission.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, fundraising, and partnership management in the non-profit sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and identify potential partners, donors, and funding opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Ugandan business landscape and experience working with youth-focused organizations is an advantage.
