Project Description and Impact
For the last 16 years, our organisation has collected data in the form of questionnaires, surveys, programme beneficiaries, vendors and other stakeholders' contact details for many years.
We have now amassed a huge amount of paper and it is really difficult to find information in an efficient manner. We also have documents stored across different employees' laptops. We risk losing information when staff leave with their knowledge or laptops are cleaned up for new staff.
As we grow as an organisation and have staff working remotely some of the time, it's important that we can store and find needed information quickly.
