At LionHeart in the Community, we’re at a pivotal moment as we shift from a purely not-for-profit model to a social enterprise with a commercial focus. This transition means our HR team, which is experienced in the not-for-profit sector, now faces the challenge of adapting to for-profit roles and responsibilities. We need expert guidance to assess our current HR policies and practices, identify gaps, and develop a clear transformation plan that will help us successfully manage this complex change and build a strong, motivated hybrid workforce.
