Project Description and Impact

Our organization works to improve access to opportunities in education, employment, and community participation of Persons with Disability through tertiary education subsidies, technical-vocational and digital skills training scholarships, and career coaching and peer support groups.

We support, and sustain our operations through individual and institutional donors, and providing consultancy, and training services to companies who invest in their DEI initiatives, specifically on disability inclusion in the workplace.

With this project, we will be able to improve our learning modules, and expand our services to our corporate clients, which generate revenue crucial to our operations to support more Persons with Disability through our education and employment programs.

Learning Opportunity

Professionals experteering with our organization will get to interact with a young diverse and inclusive dedicated to the cause of opportunities for and with Persons with Disability. We will ask you to participate in listening conversations with Persons with Disability from our community as we practice human-centered design principles in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all our initiatives.

We're pretty much open to any form of feedback, and recognize that the work of inclusion involves all of us.

If experteer is based in the Philippines, we can arrange for a token gift of appreciation in gift certificates (if preferred). At the end of the experteer's stint, we will also send a package of products created by our partner Person with Disability-led social enterprises.

If experteer is based in another country, if ever you visit the Philippines, our schedules match, and you're comfortable with it, I can pick you up from the airport, and bring you to your accommodations! I can treat you to a meal too.
