YouthHubAfrica is in its 10th year, and is scaling up. With our growth, we need to have a structured performance management system and also creating a structured compensation system. To this end, YouthHubAfrica is interested in working with Experteers in setting up overall strategies and policies governing performance management, compensation and performance philosophy and compensation packages and rewards in the organisation.
