Project Description and Impact

We are an Atlanta-based company that brings together a network of successful businesses led by women and people of color to accelerate business growth so that we cultivate a thriving ecosystem supported by business financing and a supportive community. Our funding platform attracts Institutions, businesses, and people to fund these companies.

We are seeking a proven Sales professional to help develop strategy, execute, and amplify our mission. This position is ideal for professionals with a lot of exposure and experience in the Startup Ecosystem.

We're looking for an energetic, detailed, organized, high frequency, out-of-the-box thinker to support our amazing startup. We are a very dedicated, purpose-driven team - small, but mighty. Currently, we mainly run campaigns to generate sales along with some a la carte purchase options. Our sales come from founders of companies seeking funding and funders that want to invest, fund, or donate to these companies. We have been testing out different pricing models and price points, and have only recently found a price point that works best for our target audience. As a result, we have not developed a full sales strategy to ensure week-over-week and month-over-month we are hitting necessary goals.

By supporting us in our Sales goals, you directly support the mission to decrease the wealth gap and get more financing into the hands of more businesses led by women and people of color. We have a goal to deploy $100 Million to these businesses so they can grow and scale their operations. With the impacts of COVID, businesses have taken a really big hit and capital is not easy to come by in our current lending environment. Those funds will help companies bring staff back from furlough, add marketing spend to grow business and awareness, make necessary improvements, and so much more.

We are aiming to have someone start on this in December 2020 or Jan 2021 and this can be a 2-3 month project.
