Project Description and Impact

Safeplan Uganda is currently in the process of developing our business management & operations. The next phase of the process is to implement impact measurement procedures & identify and set goals at an organisational and individual project level. Safeplan has just finished the first phase of the process, working with 2 experteers to improve the financial management and document our strategy. The 2023 Strategic Overview created will form the start point of this project. From here, the experteer will:

Review the 2023 Strategic Overview
Review & update the Theory of Change
Identify KPIs per project and at an organisational level
Implement processes for capturing data on KPIs
Capture KPI data
Create high level Impact Report & set goals, using outputs to finalise the 2023 Strategic Overview
