Project Description and Impact
We are a local registered community based organization operating in Masindi since 2012. Our organization over the years has grown with support from various partners, the latest being the Young Women Transform Prize through USAID supporting 30 youths below the age of 30, and it has gone through a lot of vigorous vetting to meet the standard of the partners. However, we still need to add to our internal systems to sufficiently meet the partners' requirements and spur our organization's growth. The internal systems we need include accounting processes, organization policy manuals, and others.
Our organization is therefore seeking support in optimizing our internal systems and processes to meet our partners' requirements, specifically to prepare an effective finance and management system for our growth.
Learning Opportunity
Approach to community development focusing on women and youths including last mile distribution.
We make improved cooking technology and this skills are available for transfer in the organization.
