Project Description and Impact
Our current website has not been redesigned for about ten years. As a result, much of it is not mobile-friendly. We do not have a web designer on staff, and so it would be extremely helpful to have an expert provide some guidance on how we can improve user experience, especially for older adults (many of our volunteers) and adults with low digital literacy.
Learning Opportunity
We have keen insight on how the difficulties that many in the newly arrived refugee and immigrant communities face with technology.
Virtual
