Project Description and Impact

We're looking for a UX researcher with experience in research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys for the development of a mobile mentorship application. This will be part of a larger goal to better support our program's alumni community and provide access to tech professionals. Time commitment: 40 hrs/week. The ideal candidate has:

Relevant product research experience or experience in an applied research setting
Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
Ability to effectively communicate user research findings
