Project Description and Impact

People know there is value in their scrap, but they don’t know how much it is and why, and they also don’t know where they can get the value out from their scrap. That is one of the major reason lots of scrap become waste.

Our scrap focused AI technology and our scrap WIKI knowledge database transfer scrap to commodity, and our global scrap trading platform make the scrap value become real rewards for recyclers.

Our ScrapSaaS product is powered by its unique scrap and recycling focused Ai functions. Our Ai model can identify material types and calculate recoveries, impurity rate, moisture rate, current market prices and so on. We currently have 3 patents in China(under review) and 1 patent in US(granted). We are the only one in the market has this technology.

Our Scale Ai camera product is designed specifically for recycling facilities to identify scrap, properly sort it when received, and commercialize it when it become inventory. The whole process driven by our cloud base Ai model, and we currently have 1 National Standard application is under China government review and 1 patent in US(just applied). We are the only one in the market has this technology.

Our Doctor Scrap platform is the largest global scrap trading platform, second to none. The key of our success is our Item-based Collaborative Filtering Algorithms which helps all scraps find their best home at the moment scraps be posted.

We have 6000+ scrap yard customers cross 100+ counties are using our products in their daily recycling life. We helped them to recycle more than 100,000 MT scrap which worth 200M USD in past 2 years. Considering the substitution effect, this is about 700,000 MT carbon emission reduction.

BUT, we have not helped smaller recycling businesss yet, since we don't know where to find them and how to approch them. We believe our product will definitly help them to recycle more scrap with more return.
