Project Description and Impact

Ada Developers Academy is a lean nonprofit organization, prioritizing our resources to direct student support and instruction as much as possible. We have limited resources to design or create accessible, engaging collatoral (for example, we use Google Suite for documents and we have no dedicated marketing professionals on staff). Our students are career-changers, some of whom have not had experience with higher education, so we would love to have a resource that celebrated their hard work and bravery in deciding to apply to our program and set on the path to making a new career for themselves.

Learning Opportunity

We have many aspects of our work that we would love to share, depending on the interests of the experteer. We have a dynamic, effective curriculum that teaches software development skills and practical coding skills. Additionally, we would be excited to share more about our pedagogy, our engaging, identity-centered approach to building collaborative learning environments for adult learners.
