Project Description and Impact

For over 40 years, Wellspring has worked with employers to help address the needs of employees in crisis through an Employee Assistance Program. However, over the last decade, housing instability has become an increasing issue for employees across all sectors. While we hear from employees in tech-sector companies that they are facing homelessness or housing instability, we have had a difficult time helping employers in the sector understand that homelessness is not limited to the unemployed. In fact, 64% of employees now live paycheck to paycheck, and most people experiencing homelessness are employed.

Wellspring is selling a new and innovative multi-impact employee benefit program called the Employee Stability Program (ESP). This program is designed to reduce turnover and increase employee productivity while reducing housing instability among lower-income employees.
Wellspring wants to engage the interest of key decision makers in the tech industry, targeting HR Executives and the C-suite. We need to understand what messaging is most likely to resonate with those audiences.
Our goal is to create a messaging framework that resonates with HR Executives and the C-suite to generate interest and curiosity.

F5 is well positioned to support this project as a business in one of Wellspring ESPs’ target industries. We are hoping that your unique perspective and understanding will help us craft messaging that will break through the stereotypes and helps us serve employees in the tech sector.
