Project Description and Impact
The purpose of this role is to support teacher education reforms in Myanmar. The volunteer will be based at Education Colleges (ECs) and will strengthen Continuing Professional Development (CPD) pathways and programmes for EC principals, Teacher Educators (TEs) and teachers. The CPD will build the capacity of TEs to deliver the new 4-year pre-service degree course. Volunteers will support TEs and teachers to adopt more inclusive teaching practices, paying special attention to the access, participation and achievement of children with disabilities.
This position will be based at an Education College in Myanmar.

Living Stipend
- All volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency.
- The allowance meets reasonable living expenses in country, but will not be enough to live an expat lifestyle or send money home.

VSO covers all your travel expenses.
