Social Impact Project for B2B Strategy Expert to Expand Access to Mental Health Services in Kenya

How This Works

In the MovingWorlds Institute Global Fellowship, you will learn how to advance your for-good career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.

Project Description and Impact

We are a digital mental health platform connecting people with therapists across Kenya. Since the launch of our chatbot in 2019, we have been providing therapy services both directly to consumers (B2C) and as an employee benefit (B2B).
We're currently seeking a Strategy Fellow to help us with our B2B expansion strategy.

Currently, there are fewer than 100 psychiatrists across the whole of Kenya, so there is a huge gap of service provision for not only people with diagnosed mental health conditions but also people who want to keep their mental health in check with regular therapy. Supporting with the development of this strategy will enable us to reach people who currently don't have the opportunity to access mental health support because services are costly and out of reach for many.

In this role, you will work directly with our team and B2B clients to identify areas of improvement. With an eye on the team’s key metrics, you will help lead the experimentation and implementation of ideas to improve our services, which will allow us to reach thousands of people seeking support with their mental health across Kenya.
