JJ Agro Growers Ltd works with Spice small holder farmers and small groups of women cashew nuts processors in Tanzania. We farm cashew nuts and operate as Farmer Allied Entermediaries, we manage farms of our farmer partners, facilitate certifications of their farms, control quality, buy their produce and get them processed ready for market. With casgew nuts processors, we do the same to control quality, get the cashew nuts ready for market.
After the ensuring the quality of these goods, we work on marketing, processing, packing and logistics to the local, regional and international markets.
Impact Story
Our main mission is to support Tanzanian farmers to improve quality by managing the farms, get the farms certified like Global GAP, to get produce processed in the certified processing centre and get them to the international markets. This improves their income and poverty reduction, thus to uplift their lively hood. To enable them afford health service, to support their children to a better education.
To get their goods bought cash on delivery. With our well established Farmer Mnagement System, we connect direct to our farmer partners and this cuts middlemen. Our partners gets better paid directly through the system.
