Shombhob is an online pharmacy and healthcare products platform improving access to authentic medicines, feminine hygiene, skincare and other health related products for millions of Bangladeshis, focusing on women and chronic care patients. We provide a convenient delivery service for regular and emergency medicines and healthcare products. We deliver monthly prescription refills for our customers who depend on us for our authentic and pharmacist-supervised prescription refill services. We have served over 50 cities in Bangladesh, and 60% of our customers are female. We are committed to empower women to easily and comfortably access their medicines, feminine hygiene, and reproductive health products without depending on others. We are exclusive distributor for some imported healthcare products, which we promote to doctors and market B2B and B2C. We have 2 brick and mortar shops which serve as our medicine warehouses and also brings in additional revenue through walk in customers.

I have always been passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. After gaining valuable experience in the healthcare sector, I founded Shombhob with the mission to improve access to essential healthcare products for the people of Bangladesh, particularly women and chronic disease patients.
At Shombhob, our goal is to build trust with our customers, ensuring that we become their go-to platform for a convenient and reliable shopping experience. In Bangladesh, many women still feel uncomfortable purchasing feminine hygiene and reproductive health products from crowded pharmacies, often staffed by men. As a result, they frequently rely on male family members to make these purchases. Shombhob is addressing this cultural challenge, and we’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response from women who appreciate our wide range of products and the informative resources we offer. Additionally, we are making a significant impact among chronic disease patients by providing prescription refill reminders, ensuring they never miss a dose. Our pharmacists are also available to answer any questions they may have about medicines.
