Organization Details

The Visiola Foundation is dedicated to empowering African girls and young women, in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our approach involves a comprehensive 360° Developmental Learning Model, which encompasses foundational instruction, hands-on activities, and interactive sessions with industry role models.

In our foundational instruction, we equip students with both soft and hard skills essential for future employment opportunities in high-skill, high-wage STEM careers.

Hands-on activities form an integral part of our approach, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and fostering innovative thinking.

We facilitate interactive sessions with industry role models, including female STEM professionals, mentors, and leaders who serve as inspirational figures for our students. These sessions offer valuable insights, mentorship, and networking opportunities, empowering students to envision and pursue successful STEM careers.
