Africa Agility is a non-Profit SOCIAL IMPACT Organisation. BUILDING human capital and developing the African talents. We are SUPPORTING the expansion of Africa’s digital economy, by creating a more diversified tech workplace and ADVOCATING for those that have been marginalised through stereotypes.We provide employable skills through training, mentorship, career and entrepreneurial prospects to young African women, leveraging modern technology and Agile skills to improve their livelihood, develop economic catalysts, and bridge the gender and economic gap in underserved regions.
Impact Story
At Africa Agility, we are on a mission to address the marginalization from social & economic opportunities, leveraging technology & the Agile mindset to equip marginalized individuals and communities for competitive consideration, inclusion and relevance.
Since inception on October 2020 , we have empowered 7,500+ female youth across 23 African countries with Agile Scrum Mastery, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Data Science, Front end Development, Back-end Development, QA testing, Design (UI/UX), and Branding & Marketing skills. 4,260 beneficiaries are in tech Job in 12 industries, 172 have started their businesses and 510 are interning in organizations across the world.
Our programs then offers a gateway for graduates from our boot camp to enter into the next program that fosters the next step toward launching into the tech industry career of choice (mentorher), landing their dream job (HireHer) or launching their own business (IncubateHer).
We partnered with Scrum Alliance, the world largest and most reputable trade association with over 1.5 million members globally to provide the Certified Scrum Master certification that is worth $1000/girl for free. This certification has been the deal breaker for our graduates and makes them stand above all other candidates applying for the same role.
