Today in Women we contribute through projects related to quality education, gender equality and sustainability to reduce inequalities. We are a diverse entity with diverse professionals who lead from transparency, excellence, proactivity and empathy. Wom-en provides tools and comprehensive content for the strengthening of leaders to contribute to the participation and involvement of women and young people in the development of territorial initiatives framed under the 2030 agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, facing on climate change and inequalities. All with the purpose of training, connecting and raising awareness change makers that ultimately allows the reduction of inequalities.
We give ourselves the opportunity to get to know each user and client in depth to provide them with the safest and highest quality spaces within our projects. Our cause “High levels of inequity and social gaps, which is reflected in opportunities that are not equally distributed”

All with the purpose of training, rise awerness and connecting change makers that ultimately allows the reduction of inequalities and promote sustainability en their territories. Each person experiences each of our programmes in a unique way:
- Raise awareness (we seek to inspire): We believe that the best way to reduce gaps and mobilise women and young people as agents of change is through role models, which is why our projects always narrate and make visible the different realities of leadership towards sustainability.
- Training (we build capacity): Our training projects connect the individual aspirations of each participant with a collective construction, with tools for leadership, entrepreneurship, public vision, sustainability, professional development and personal empowerment.
- Connecting (We consolidate networks): People are built to a large extent by social norms, so we aim to create safe, disruptive, and purposeful environments with a common purpose of climate action and gap reduction.
Within the framework of these three programmes, we provide support and advice for different companies to implement inclusion and sustainability strategies in their processes.
Since then, I have led more than 6 projects allowing training, making visible and connecting more than 300 people throughout the national territory, and having spaces for diffusion and conversation with an impact on more than 2000 people.
