Club Tiossane is a distribution company whose mission is to promote the emergence of actors in the Senegalese agri-food value chain through improved distribution. Our home delivery channel is a home delivery service for fresh produce and groceries. We link small and medium sized agricultural enterprises directly to urban consumers. The Club allows more than 2,000 Dakar residents to have their groceries delivered for free. With a few clicks, they have access to more than 500 products offered by more than 80 Senegalese MSMEs and local agri-preneurs, all available on a single web platform: www.clubtiossane.sn. Our Modern Trade channel helps local SMEs grow their companies by facilitating entry into large retailers. Lastly, our KOTO channel supplies small corner shops in the informal sector, simplifiying the supply chain in a sector that represents 90% of retail in Senegal.
Our goal is to simplify and improve agri-food value chains to enable our suppliers and final customers to live better. Our particularity is a vertically integrated supply chain, with as few intermediaries as possible. For our producers, this simplified value chain means increased and consistent demand, better prices, and improved margins. For our customers, we aspire to offer quality fresh products, traceability of product origin, and an impeccable customer experience both on the digital platform and during deliveries.
