Organization Details
We make cybersecurity accessible to small businesses and socially-conscious companies, both of whom are incredibly vulnerable to cyber-attacks and data breaches. We provide managed security services as a monthly subscription, greatly reducing businesses chances of data loss or theft, while ensuring that businesses have the security tools and support they need to grow and thrive. We also provide IT support to those that need it.
Impact Story
We believe security is a human right, and that technology should be used to protect people, their data, and their livelihoods. We also believe that business should be used as a force for good, that being a socially conscious business means doing everything we can to protect people and the planet, and as such, we must do everything we can to protect the sensitive data of our employees and clients in which we have been entrusted.
Geek Girl Tech is a mission-driven cybersecurity services company, working to advance the careers of and create job opportunities for women, people of color, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented folks in tech in support of the Sustainable Development Goals. We’re a Public Benefit Corporation (the legal love-child of a non-profit organization with a for-profit corporation), a Certified B Corp, and a 1% for the Planet member.
