Description and Impact

We operate to help small and medium sized companies to improve their processes so they will comply with international standards like ISO 9001. By complying with these standards, it will be possible for the participating companies to expand business in Vietnam or to export to The Netherlands. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to a sustainable growth of employment, the education of laborers and wealth of the local population in Vietnam.

This particular project aims to support a Vietnamese chocolate company, which is in need of mechanical engineer for process improvement. This factory has a total size: 11,200 m2; Size of production of chocolate: 300m2, capacity of producing Chocolate: 371 ton/ year. You will work with a group of 6 people. 

Deliverables

We are looking for a Chocolate expert who can advise a Vietnamese company in solving problems in the process of making compound chocolate (for decoration) and topping cream:

Compound chocolate:

  1. Remove air bubbles from chocolate
  2. Lengthen the duration of chocolate 
  3. Advise them about technology.

Topping cream:

          Improve quality of topping cream
