Project Description and Impact
In the face of loss of good talent to international countries, I am looking for tools and recommendations on ways to incentives/tools to retain our staff on longer term basis. Considering ESOPs or tools like that and would appreciate support on thinking this through and creating a plan around it.

We are a social enterprise in the plastics value chain in Nigeria. Experteer will learn about the work we do in support of SDGs.
