Project Description and Impact

We are a small purpose-led firm based in Singapore, focused on creating business partnerships for impacts in Lao PDR. We started out marketing and connecting stakeholders, supporting good projects from their ideation stage .

Since then we are met with opportunities for equity in promising renewable energy project(s) in Laos . We are therefore writing here to seek a catalyst to accelerate .Specifically we have been assisting the pre - development stage of a solar project. It is a pilot transboundary energy export project to be built in Laos for export to Vietnam.

Currently advancing towards equity development, it is co developed with a publicly listed energy company in the region which underwrites the project and carries out the negotiation with Vietnam Electricity for a 20 years period PPA with FiT which is underway. Besides ,there is a pipeline of Lao renewable energy projects of huge wind capacity to be developed within two years, for export to Cambodia. These projects will engage with technology in Solar PV , Wind Hybrid , Battery Storage and grid integration.
