Social Impact Project for Development Expert to Guide in Establishing a Tracking System

How This Works

As part of the TRANSFORM Support Hub, you will learn how to advance your career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.

Project Description and Impact

We promote social and economic self-sufficiency primarily for economically women and their families with entrepreneurial training, individual business assistance, incentive savings programs, and access to business and financial resources. We use self-help strategies including savings, a self-employment network, and access to local and national affiliations. We encourage community awareness and responsiveness concerning issues impacting economic equity and independence. We use multiple sources to meet these needs.

This opportunity would enable us to timely and efficiently meet all of the permutations and combinations of requirements from the variety of funding sources thus allowing us to engage even more resources to support these small businesses.

We are seeking an Experteer to work with us for 12 weeks to guide us the design or best approach to the efficient management of dozens of funding sources allowing us to track:

  • Interim and ending due dates
  • Multiple categories of a single deliverable
  • Time spent on a deliverable
  • Amounts spent by project and client

Learning Opportunity

The experteer will have the opportunity to learn the social impact space in financially disempowered communities.

Additional Benefits

The experteer will have the opportunity to connect with a team of impact makers, who will be to write a professional letter of recommendation or serve as a professional reference for any future opportunity.
