Organization Details

Nairobi Garage is Nairobi's top co-working space for techies, entrepreneurs social innovators. We are host to around 30 tech companies of various size (about 120 individuals), mainly startups, but also a couple of non-profit companies and investment funds and a dev school. We also run events and workshops aimed at supporting the tech and innovation ecosystem in Nairobi.

Impact Story

Since 2012, around 150 startups have called Nairobi Garage their home, and number have even been born at the Garage. So there is a wealth of opportunity within the space, not only with the Garage itself, but the startups we host. This has led to around 600 jobs being created, many of them for young university graduates who have been able to enter the work force and gain huge experience from their work in the startup world.
