You'll join a curated cohort of Philips peers who launch, learn, and reflect together — with a weekly time commitment designed to fit around your full-time role.

Meet your cohort, get oriented, then review your personalized project recommendations and next steps.
Plan & Action
Work directly with your enterprise partner to plan and execute the project. You’ll have regular check-ins to keep things on track.
Wrap-up & Reflection
Reflect on what you learned, celebrate with your cohort, and synthesize your leadership story to share your growth with your peers and managers.
