To the EY x MovingWorlds: Coaching Impact Entrepreneurs Across the Globe Program
Please note that this is not an advisory relationship. EY coaches will not make any decisions on behalf of the impact organization’s management or offer specific professional advice. Instead, you will bring your knowledge, skills, experience, and networks to help your entrepreneur consider their growth journey from different angles and arrive at their own conclusions.
It’s a unique and highly rewarding opportunity that will also enhance your professional leadership skills, build your confidence as a trusted advisor and grow your start-up network.

The timeline below includes more details about each of these programmatic elements, and suggestions for how to engage throughout the cohort duration:
The week of September 16, attend the Coaching Program Kick-Off Event for an orientation and chance to meet the other colleagues in your program. This marks the official start of your learning and growth journey together!
Tips to keep in mind:
*Weren’t able to attend the kickoff? No problem! Refer back to your kickoff follow-up email for the recording and Mural link. *
The week of September 16, you will each individually complete the onboarding module linked in your dashboard. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, and provides guidance about how to navigate the platform, what to expect when working with Impact enterprises, and tips to help you get the most out of your experience.
Tips to keep in mind:
The week of September 23, you will begin searching the platform for the right coaching opportunity for your skills with a world-changing impact enterprise.
When you find a project that looks like a potential fit, you'll request an introduction from the project description page.
Tips to keep in mind:
From the week of September 23 to the week of October 7, you'll start meeting with impact enterprise partners to determine the right match.
When an introduction request you have sent is accepted, we will put you in touch directly with the impact enterprise partner who posted the project to set up time to discuss how you can contribute, ask questions, and get the information you need to determine if it's the right fit.
Tips to keep in mind:
On October 9, attend the all-participant prep call to resolve challenges for unmatched participants and hear tips from your peers for a successful project.
If you have NOT matched, this is a great opportunity to receive project match support.
If you HAVE matched, you can use this meeting to gain insight from previous participants on how to have a successful project while also providing tips to your peers on your process to matching with a project
October 18 is the final deadline to confirm a match with an impact enterprise, you'll choose the project that is the best fit for you based on your scoping calls, and confirm the match with the MovingWorlds team.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a planning guide and next steps, we recommend you complete this guide with the organization representative as it will help you narrow down your project scope and support you once it is time to wrap-up the coaching project.
If you are unmatched by week 2, expect a check-in email from the MovingWorlds match team with project suggestions.
From October 2024-April 2025, you'll work on your coaching project with your impact entrepreneur.
The week of January 13, expect a check-in call to be set-up by the EY team. This is a space to discuss how the project is going, what additional support is needed, issues, wins, etc.
Wrap up your project based on the end date you and the impact enterprise partner you're supporting agreed to in the planning guide. Once the project concludes, MovingWorlds will send you a follow-up survey to learn more about the impact you co-created, and get feedback on your experience as a skills-based volunteer.
