The Scaling AI for Good Program will run from January 2026 - April 2026
Here are the key dates to know:
*24hrs prior to the kickoff event you will receive a match confirmation email introducing you to your assigned impact enterprise, no action is required until after the kickoff event
The timeline below includes more details about each of these programmatic elements, and suggestions for how to engage throughout the cohort duration:
On January 21st, attend the Scaling AI for Good Program Kick-Off Event for an orientation and chance to meet the other colleagues in your program. This marks the official start of your learning and growth journey together!
Weren’t able to attend the kickoff? No problem! Refer back to your kickoff follow-up email for the recording, slide deck, and other helpful resources.
You will each have received a match confirmation email in your inbox with the subject: "Congratulations on your match [Org Rep] and [EY Coach]!"
This email introduces you to the impact enterprise partner you’ve been matched with and includes a Planning Guide along with clear next steps. We recommend completing this guide together with your organization partner, as it will help you refine the project scope, align on priorities, and provide a helpful reference when it’s time to wrap up the coaching engagement.
Reply all to the match confirmation email to connect with your partner and schedule time to discuss the project. During this conversation, you’ll want to align on what’s realistic within your timeline and define clear deliverables or outcomes so you can both move forward with confidence.
Tips to keep in mind:
From January 2026 - April 2026, you'll work on your coaching project with your impact entrepreneur.
Wrap up your project no later than the week commencing April 13 to ensure enough time to transition the project to SAP consultants. Once the project concludes, MovingWorlds will send you a follow-up survey to learn more about the impact you co-created, and get feedback on your experience as a skills-based volunteer.
Tips to keep in mind:
By Early April expect an email from MovingWorlds with guidance on facilitating a structured handover call that transitions the impact enterprise from the EY coaching phase into a SAP consulting engagement.
EY coaches should schedule their handover meeting with the SAP team the week of April 20 (between April 21 - 25)
The August 2026 event will be a chance to come together with your peers at EY and SAP consultant. MovingWorlds to share more information closer to the event.
