The AI for Social Impact Program will run from February 2025 - July 2025
Here are the key dates to know:
The timeline below includes more details about each of these programmatic elements, and suggestions for how to engage throughout the cohort duration:
On January 22nd, attend the AI for Social Impact Program Kick-Off Event for an orientation and chance to meet the other colleagues in your program. This marks the official start of your learning and growth journey together!
Tip to keep in mind:
Weren’t able to attend the kickoff? No problem! Refer back to your kickoff follow-up email for the recording, slide deck, and other helpful resources.
If you registered by the January 17th deadline:
Beginning the week of Jan 20, you will each have received a discovery call email in your inbox with the subject: "Introducing [coach] and [enterprise rep] to discuss a potential experteering match".
This emails puts you in touch with the impact enterprise partner who posted the project assigned to you. Reply-All to this email and set up time to discuss how you can contribute, ask questions, and get the information you need to determine if it's the right fit.
If you were not able to register by the January 17th deadline:
Follow the instructions provided during the kickoff event.
Tips to keep in mind:
On February 21, attend the all-participant prep call to resolve challenges for unmatched participants and hear tips from your peers for a successful project.
If you have NOT matched, this is a great opportunity to receive project match support.
If you HAVE matched, you can use this meeting to gain insight from previous participants on how to have a successful project while also providing tips to your peers on your process to matching with a project
February 28 is the final deadline to confirm a match with an impact enterprise.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a planning guide and next steps, we recommend you complete this guide with the organization representative as it will help you narrow down your project scope and support you once it is time to wrap-up the coaching project.
If you are unmatched by week 2, expect a check-in email from the MovingWorlds match team with project suggestions.
Tips to keep in mind:
From February 2025 - July 2025, you'll work on your coaching project with your impact entrepreneur.
The week of May 5, expect a check-in call invite to be set-up by the EY team. This is a space to discuss how the project is going, what additional support is needed, issues, wins, etc.
Wrap up your project based on the end date you and the impact enterprise partner you're supporting agreed to in the planning guide. Once the project concludes, MovingWorlds will send you a follow-up survey to learn more about the impact you co-created, and get feedback on your experience as a skills-based volunteer.
