The MovingWorlds Institute Global Fellowship is a 6-month professional development program for working professionals seeking to make a greater social impact in their careers. Designed to be completed alongside a full-time job, the program combines learning, networking, mentorship, and coaching alongside a stretch skill-based volunteering project to help participants develop the clarity, confidence, and skills to advance their careers.

With assessments and facilitated exercises to help participants uncover their unique strengths, purpose drivers, and more, your employee will gain new insights on where their talents can add the most value, both in their full-time role at your organization and as a volunteer.
Learn Leading Social Impact Frameworks
Participants learn leading social impact frameworks through live facilitated training sessions, case-based discussions, coaching calls, industry leader webinars, and reading and reflection assignments hosted through our learning management system. These frameworks — including human-centered design, design thinking, systems mapping, and more — have applications across sectors and disciplines and will empower your employee to bring a new perspective to their full-time work at your organization.
Develop Cross-Sector and Cross-Cultural Connections
