Join our Entrepreneur in Residence, Bita Diomandé, for a hands-on workshop to define your venture’s strategic plan for 2024. In the workshop, we will cover the inputs for a strategic plan, and how to develop a roadmap and financial forecast to keep track of key activities throughout the year. This is the first of a five part series that will be followed by quarterly check-ins for entrepreneurs to come together and discuss opportunities, challenges, and to take stock of their progress. Bita is MovingWorlds’ Entrepreneur in Residence, responsible for supporting the growth of TSH social enterprises. A seasoned entrepreneur, she has co-founded four social ventures focused on job creation in Africa and Asia.
