Supporting FreeW's growth through impactful and efficient digital engagement
Project Picture
A consultant designed a social media strategy but it was very high level and we need somebody to review and most importantly help us implement it. Our social media channels (insta/facebook) are managed by the Nepal team, and I post on Linked In, but the results have been very poor. I believe we need to streamline our work and have a more efficient approach to how we are using digital communication channels to drive specific results, i.e. getting more customers or at least more email subscribers. Plus, we have 2 different target audiences and need to adapt our social media strategy accordinly.
