Project Description and Impact
When a rail line goes out of service in Kansas we might want to railbank/conserve it under the National Trails Act. The attorney can file a petition with the Surface Transportation Board and negotiate with the railroad. Also, periodically we need a letter sent to an adjacent landowner or a governmental body.
