Project Description and Impact

The pandemic has affected all aspects of our organization. You can help - Improve staff usage of the current systems would greatly improve staff efficiency, and time management. We currently use Zendesk for internal IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance functions. We would like to expand our usage of Zendesk to include supporting our direct student program. This opportunity would create a pilot for two departments: Student Services and Internship Services. The Student Services team consist of MSWs that provide wrap around services to our young adults; these include referrals for housing, food, health care, childcare, and other resources. Internship Services provides ongoing support to interns during internship; including checking in with corporate managers, additional skills training, professional updates, and more.

This opportunity would enable someone to project lead this pilot and help us strengthen our direct support to students.
