Fundraising/Writer Experteer for Grant Writing Campaigns
Project Picture
Embrace has a need for funds that are unrestricted and usable for development, administrative and operational purposes. Many companies have grants and funds available but applications for these funds need to be research and application process takes time. Embrace does not employ a grant writer on staff so grants are found and applied for as individual volunteers identify them. Having a volunteer focused on this area for a short and specific project would be helpful to jumpstart the process.
Learning Opportunity
Embrace has a small amount of existing waivers and release documents that have been created. Documents have not been edited significantly since initially put into use. Embrace as an organization has grown and has need of documents to be reviewed to ensure new event usage is still appropriate for existing documents. Desire individual with experience to review and make recommendations for revised versions that will be readily available for current needs.
