We have a large database of contacts and since the information is very dynamic and changing constantly, we have identified the need for a CRM system to help us improve database management and communication with beneficiaries.

We have researched on the internet about already existing platforms that might be suitable for non-for-profit but have not been able to find the right choice, hence the need for an expert consultant.
