The unemployment rate for people with disabilities in Latin America reaches about 70% and is affecting more than 30 million people. On the other hand, there are several companies with inclusion and diversity programs that find it difficult to hire the right people. A place where companies and people with disabilities can meet each other is needed and Incluyeme.com is the solution.
We are job portal focused to develop employment inclusion for people with disabilities. Our services can be divided in 2 interest groups:
- Job seekers: We offer them the opportunity to upload their CVs, work experience & education to our portal and apply to the job positions that matches their profiles. All the companies that work with us are interested to hire people with disabilities thus their chances to find a job are higher than a traditional job portal.
- Companies: All the companies which are part of Incluyeme.com get a fully-branded, elegant company profile showcasing all the best things the company has to offer and allows them to advertise their social programs, gaining visibility within the community. Additionally, they can publish unlimited job offers and receive CVs of candidates that apply to those jobs. We simplify the way a company gets in touch with thousands of people with disabilities and get the best talent. Incluyeme.com is the first platform that allows this level of interaction, enforcing a scalable growth model with expansion to all Latin America.
