We have created a far reaching on-line platform supported by AI tools that has the ambition to accelerate the leveling of the playing field by empowering women at each stage of their professional development. We build on years of experience working with women, the latest technology and recruitment trends, and our constantly growing community.

Impact Story
Inequalities, stereotypes and prejudices are still going strong. As a result of these, we are losing a lot of female talent who are dropping out of the market or not developing in line with their potential. this is a loss for everyone. That is why we accelerate the equalisation of opportunities for women in Poland, Europe and in the world.
WHY NOW?
Employers today are facing a skills shortage we haven’t seen since the Industrial Revolution. Experts points out that closing the gender gap in employment can drive substantial economic gains, potentially boosting the European Union’s GDP by billions of euros. And that's just the beginning. Research also shows that an increase in the number of women in management positions is reflected in organisational effectiveness. And last but not least, the development of artificial intelligence is the last moment we need to ensure a greater presence of women not only in the labor market but especially in technological fields.
By connecting these arguments we develop Talenti – Women’s Talent Bank.
Our impact goal is to level the playing field for women in professional development by engaging the latest technology, reversing recruitment processes and building broad partnerships for the necessary change.
WHAT?
That is why we have created and continue to develop far-reaching on-line platform that offers the opportunity to access multiple services eg.tips on preparing for a job search, language tests, information about labor market, salary, through preparation for the recruitment process to job offers. The latest tool we introduced on the platform is an AI career assistant - ZOE (beta).
