Organization Details

We have started the SINGLE WINDOW DISABILITY CENTRE, at INDIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY, GURUGRAM, HARYANA a first of its kind across India where-in we provide all relief/rehabilitation services. In addition, we work extensively in the areas of livelihood promotion, youth empowerment, training, education, drug de-addiction, running of ambulances, and prevention of AIDS, HIV etc. Among several initiatives taken by the Foundation, Human Resource Development enjoys prime importance. During the past years, the Foundation has been responsible for imparting vocational skills to young persons including PWDs, in various market-driven trades, and facilitating their employment. 

The noble works performed by the Foundation have been appreciated by all stakeholders and the presence of such Organization is necessary to maintain social balance in the society. Several CSR Projects / Activities were carried out across India, while associated with NBCC (INDIA) LTD. A Navratna CPSE under MoHUA, GOI..

Impact Story

We work for improving and empowering the lives of the economically or socially underprivileged and undertake all such activities that support this objective, including the development of livelihoods for the weakest sections of society, welfare, and development of marginalized communities. Operation and maintenance of GHARAPNAA - Senior Citizen Home and Disabled Orphanage at Jammu, UT of J&K  for restoring Dignity to Aged Care. Providing necessary medical equipment & beds to the poor/needy patients & vaccination drive. Making cities more livable. Construction of approx. 30 community & public clean toilets in Delhi (ten each with North, East & South MCD, night-shelters with DUSIB & community halls, etc.

Development of a Module on Sexual and Reproductive Health through Life Skills Approach for Adolescents with Disabilities, with Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) & UNFPA (Kalinga Institute Partnership for development of training module for Special Schools). The project is covering about 8600 children in 157 special schools in the state. It includes approximately 1900 children having a visual impairment, 3440 having a hearing disability, 170 have a physical disability and the rest about 3200 have an intellectual disability. Since the project is implemented by the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), with support from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), in close collaboration with the Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disability (SSEPD), Govt. of Odisha the material is translated in the Oriya language, which will be used by all three collaborating agencies, caregivers & faculty. Agreement & module (both English & Oriya excerpts) with the name of all including Kallpoosh Foundation. Horticulture Development of Anand Vihar Railway Station. Providing aids/appliances for Divyangjan through ALIMCO (Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana / ADIP scheme), cochlear implant fitment for hearing impaired children, special sports etc.
