Heroes For Change harnesses the power of purpose-driven university students (18 – 25yrs) who have the resource of time, social capital and trust, to deliver scalable social impact programmes in their own communities by leveraging the power of technology to bridge their experience gap and prepare them for the market place
Impact Story
We deliver impact by
- Preparing the youth for employment or opportunities in the future by growing their soft-skills
- Inspire, recruit & train youth to educate communities with key messages on health, hygiene, nutrition, recycling etc
- Educating communities on key behaviour practices to improve their health, hygiene, nutrition, well-being & environment
Impact to Date:
- Since 2017, we have recruited 1,034 University Students and delivered social impact programmes both face-to-face and online delivering a reach of 2,259,402 and 5,087,538 respectively
- Over 25% of the Heroes have received part time and full-time employment opportunities with partners & other organizations and attribute it to the exposer while implementing the social impact programmes
