How This Works

As part of the TRANSFORM Support Hub, you will learn how to advance your career while getting hands on experience with organizations like this one.

Organization Details

Project Inclusion is a Philippines-based nonprofit organization that aims to contribute to a society where we realize the potential of Persons with Disability to actively participate, and productively contribute to their communities. We believe that when Persons with Disability have access to opportunities, we build a more inclusive, and barrier-free Philippines.

We primarily implement programs that facilitate opportunities for the education, employment, and community participation of Persons with Disability. Through our Access to Work Model, we implement technical skills development, job preparation support, and employment facilitation activities for Persons with Disability. We then connect Person with Disability talent to organizations looking to hire Persons with Disability, and support disability-inclusive workplaces through capacity-building, and policy advocacy.

Impact Story

Since 2013, Project Inclusion has improved access to work opportunities for 3,000+ Persons with Disability through its programs - facilitating career readiness assistance, skills training, and employment advocacy for Persons with Disability, and worked with 60 partner employers from different industries. PIN is also the local secretariat of the Philippine Business and Disability Network, a member of the International Labor Organization's Global Business and Disability Network, a business-led platform to learn, collaborate, and share disability inclusion initiatives in workplaces.

Our scope of partnerships with private sector companies is wide as we've 1) supported the development, capacity-building, and program implementation of resource groups/communities that champion disability inclusion in the workplace within an organization, 2) implemented corporate social responsibility initiatives centered on disability, and priority thematic areas of our partner organizations, and 3) referred, facilitated, and supported Person with Disability job seekers throughout the employment life cycle of our partner organizations.
