PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND IMPACT

Educate and empower a team of 10-12 high school students to take ownership of their experience. Share your expertise, engage them in critical thinking exercises, and provide feedback on the team's mission, developing your leadership skills in the process. This collaboration shares the United States’ long history of free enterprise and cultivates partnerships with American organizations and businesses, encouraging Poland’s growth in the global economy.

DELIVERABLES

As a Company Advisor, you will be a mentor and your role is to engageeducate and empower the students to be involved in the activities and encourage them to take the lead. 

The team will benefit as you: 

  • assist students in developing a better understanding of the free enterprise system
  • help students develop new views about the US and global relations
  • help students increase their English language usage
  • share your experiences and expertise 
  • ask engaging questions 
  • provide feedback on the team’s involvement and interactions

ACCOMMODATION

Boleslawowo is a rural community. Advisors will stay at the local university. The main goal is for students with less English experience to practice in an immersive setting. While they still participate in team exercises and projects, communication is the primary emphasis. Sight-seeing provided!  

FOOD STIPEND

Food, lodging, and program materials are all provided. 

LEARNING OPPORTUNITY

Exposure to international business leaders.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Airfare is not included. Time estimates do not include travel time.

Requirements:

  - Must be over the age of 21 and have 3+ years of professional work experience.

  - Must be able to make the full-time commitment of chosen program.

  - Must pass a background check.
