Opportunity Details

We are looking for an experienced volunteer and work exchange coordinator!

We give injured stray animals a place to heal before they are released back to the street. We also have an organic farm and vegan community house. Work exchange participants and volunteers are vital to making sure that the animals stay healthy and happy, the farm is tended to, and make our community programs thrive.

The coordinator will be responsible for assigning participants to staff, making sure the daily work is completed, and also making sure that participants' needs are met. The coordinator will also be responsible for enforcing community rules.

Great for people with human resource skills! Interested but not the right length? Like our organization and have an idea how your skills can help us? Message us at: match@movingworlds.org

The project will be considered a success when the work exchange participants and volunteers have clear directions every day, are being tasked efficiently, and they feel comfortable at the farm. We will also consider it a success when the position is ready to hand over to the next person with procedures and clear directions in place.
