Project Description and Impact
Our organization brings working professionals to cities abroad and matches them with pro-bono projects that align with their professional skills. They are provided with living accommodations, workspace, 24-hour support and culturally immersive activities for a period of at least one month.
Currently, the majority of our participants apply individually and pay to participate in the programs. Our goal moving forward is to create partnerships with companies and corporations so that they will either sponsor their employees to participate or in the very least allow and encourage them to join a trip.
We are looking for an Experteer with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships and strong negotiation skills to assist us in identifying and forming strategic relationships with companies.
Learn social impact frameworks and use it for:
pro-bono training and consulting for non-profits
Learning Opportunity
The ins and outs of running a social enterprise startup.
Spanish immersion and language practice. Learning about the travel industry and sustainable travel, CSR and international development.
Accommodation
You will stay in a modern, fully furnished apartment with one or two other Venture participants or Venture staff. The apartments are in a central area of Medellin.
