We operate to help small and medium sized companies to improve their business. The ultimate goal of NKX is to contribute to a sustainable growth of employment, the education of laborers and wealth of the local population in Vietnam.
A yogurt consultant is supposed to support a Vietnamese enterprise in improving the quality of products and research new recipes.

1. Improve yogurt quality:
Help the client to define causes of below issues and have the solution for them:
a. Stirred yogurt: Water separation on product's surface and appear a light yellow jelly liquid in the bottom of product and product gets infected.
b. Thermalized yogurt: The structure of the product after thermalization is rough, not smooth. Small white hard particles appear after 1-month storage at normal temperature (Please note that the weather is hot).
After finishing fermentation, the viscosity is decreased and structure of the product is not as required.
2. Research new products:
Work with related departments as needed to conduct a research for new products at a small scale: yogurt and cheese.
